本裝置適用于制藥、食品、輕工、化工等行業(yè)的稀酒精回收。也適用于甲醇等其他溶煤的蒸餾。本裝置根據(jù)用戶的要求，可將30℃左右的稀酒精蒸餾至900℃—95℃酒精，成品酒精度要求越高，可加大回流比，但產(chǎn)量則相應(yīng)降低。W型也可用于甲醇等蒸餾。W型為間歇式，ZW型為連續(xù)式。
This device is used for thin alcohol recovery in pharmaceutical industry, food industry, light industry and chemical industry, etc. It is also applicable for distillation of other solvents. This device can distill thin alcohol at about 30℃ to alcohol within 900℃—95℃ according to the requirements of the users. You may increase reflow ratio as the accuracy of finished products (wine) is higher, but accordingly the output will decrease. Type W can also be use for distillation of methanol. The type W is of intermittent mode and ZW is of continuous mode. |
